Osteopathy is a method of care that focuses on the identification and treatment of mobility restrictions that can affect all structures of the human body.
Any loss of mobility in joints, muscles, ligaments or viscera can lead to an imbalance in health. Osteopathy is based on the body’s ability to balance itself and on a thorough knowledge of anatomy.
Osteopathy is based on three original concepts:

Osteopathy requires specific skills, a thorough knowledge of the functioning of the human body and the interactions between each of its systems. It prevents and treats many physical disorders and also acts on the nervous, functional and psychological levels. Osteopathy concerns all the major systems of the body:
Cervico-brachial, intercostal, facial, Arnold’s neuralgia, cruralgia, sciatica…
Circulatory disorders of the lower limbs, venous congestion, hemorrhoids, palpitations, oppressions…
Sprains, tendonitis, lumbago, back pain, costalgia, neck pain, shoulder periarthritis, joint pain, scoliosis, pubalgia, coccygeal pain, jaw pain.
Bloating, hiatal hernia, flatulence, hepatobiliary disorders, colitis, constipation, ptosis of organs, difficult digestion, gastritis, gastric acidity…
Rhinitis, sinusitis, dizziness, buzzing, headaches, migraines, bronchitis, asthma, bronchiolitis…
Depressive states, hypernervousness, anxiety, stress, sleep disorders, spasmophilia…
Fractures, sprains, falls, car accidents.

The osteopath will precisely determine the indications and contraindications of your therapy through a specific interview with the patient and a thorough examination.
Through specific palpatory tests, the osteopath explores the body in search of areas that present restrictions of movement likely to alter the state of health.
The osteopath chooses the most suitable and comfortable technique for each patient, depending on his or her age and morphology and the area of the body to be corrected.

I practiced athletics at a high level for more than 10 years. During this period, I was injured many times, which brought me into contact with the medical community. During the many osteopathy and physiotherapy sessions I received, I began to understand the importance of the care given to the human body.
This is why, quite naturally, at the end of my sports career, I began studying osteopathy.
The most important thing for me is to take the time to explain to the patients what may be the source of the problem; to explain the treatment, to be able to offer the most relevant advice in order to improve their well-being, and to reach their goals, this at all stages of life.
I am very invested in interdisciplinary work, which I believe is the future of patient care. The teamwork and exchange of knowledge that TTR offers provides the patient with a true and effective follow-up.
Osteopath Since 2011, I have always wanted to treat by taking into account the globality of each patient. We are all unique by our constitution, what we live and our lifestyle. The treatments and advice I give you are therefore designed specifically for you in order to improve your well-being as quickly and effectively as possible.
Since my graduation, I continue to train myself in posturology, nutrition, sports and especially for pregnancy and babies.
Passionate about this field, I help mothers-to-be prepare their bodies for this incredible adaptation, before and after childbirth.
The more flexible and mobile the body is, the better our tissues are able to function and promote the body’s ability to heal itself. This is why I will give you exercises and advice in addition to the treatment you have undergone, to go even further.
