The CryoSport Santé center is the first full body cryotherapy center established in French-speaking Switzerland. Today, the center offers many therapies such as: massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture and physiotherapy.
Benjamin Sunier and Pierre Garnier, two passionate osteopaths, wanted to combine the benefits of whole body cryotherapy and osteopathy through their project: Cryo Sport Santé. Today, these two practices are increasingly recognized by both the scientific community and the general public.
Cryo Sport Santé, a technical project built around three fundamental values: listening, professionalism and benevolence.
Benjamin and Pierre take to heart the accompaniment of patients by practitioners capable of meeting all their expectations. Benevolence is a way of thinking dear to the two therapists who want the patient to be in the best of dispositions, without doubt or hesitation.
In this approach, Benjamin and Pierre consider the evolution of the patient within a care pathway in which multidisciplinarity is the key. As osteopaths and with Cryo Sport Santé, their ambition is not to go it alone. They wish to integrate the chain of care by working in close collaboration with all the specialties of the medical profession as well as various other professions working in the field of health and well-being. In this way, they offer patients the most complete care possible.
Cryo Sport Santé, the first company to offer the whole body cryotherapy technique in Geneva, welcomes its patients in exceptional premises. Visit us at 50 rue du Rhône for excellent care, provided by a team of attentive health professionals in a privileged setting.
With a view to offering effective treatments to their patients, Cryo Sport Santé has invested in cutting-edge technology with the °CRYO Artic chamber designed by °CRYO-Science™; the only company currently offering innovative machines.
These latest generation chambers will allow practitioners to carry out the cryotherapy session simply and efficiently, and to remain attentive to the patient at all times.
I practiced athletics at a high level for more than 10 years. During this period, I was injured many times, which brought me into contact with the medical community. During the many osteopathy and physiotherapy sessions I received, I began to understand the importance of the care given to the human body. This is why, quite naturally, at the end of my sports career, I began studying osteopathy. The most important thing for me is to take the time to explain to the patients what may be the source of the problem; to explain the treatment, to be able to offer the most relevant advice in order to improve their well-being, and to reach their goals, this at all stages of life. I am very invested in interdisciplinary work, which I believe is the future of patient care. The teamwork and exchange of knowledge that TTR offers provides the patient with a true and effective follow-up.
Osteopath Since 2011, I have always wanted to treat by taking into account the globality of each patient. We are all unique by our constitution, what we live and our lifestyle. The treatments and advice I give you are therefore designed specifically for you in order to improve your well-being as quickly and effectively as possible. Since my graduation, I continue to train myself in posturology, nutrition, sports and especially for pregnancy and babies. Passionate about this field, I help mothers-to-be prepare their bodies for this incredible adaptation, before and after childbirth. The more flexible and mobile the body is, the better our tissues are able to function and promote the body’s ability to heal itself. This is why I will give you exercises and advice in addition to the treatment you have undergone, to go even further.
Passionate about the biomechanics of the human body, I have been practicing physiotherapy since 2006. Stretching, postural correction, muscle strengthening, manual techniques (according to Sohier) and taping are tools that I frequently use. I offer acupuncture treatments, which I have been practicing since 2015. Thanks to this empirical medicine, which is more than 3000 years old, we know for example that there are specific links between the emotions and the organs of the human body.
My long-standing passion for sports and physical performance meant that it was natural for me to pursue massage with a particular interest in sports. I find the human body to be a wonderful machine, capable of incredible agility and movement. I am very fortunate to have a job that can help people regain physical health and well-being after muscle and joint problems. I want to build a trusting relationship with my patients and improve their health when they need it and I really enjoy my time with my patients.
My work as a massage therapist is a true passion, I am always striving to improve and learn new techniques. It is imperative for me to stay abreast of new developments in massage – to develop new skills, to stay inspired and to ensure that my clients have confidence in my knowledge and abilities. I am professional, caring and dedicated to my patients. I offer a full range of massage therapies helping clients with stress, postural muscle tension, to post-sports muscle pain.
